Designee functionality in JDE Expense Management

I am a "Designee" who enters expenses on behalf of over 100 Firemen. Their expenses are all the same for each week. Is there a way i can enter an expense for 1 fireman (in a given week) and "COPY" that particular expense for the other 100?
