BI Publisher with JDE E1 9.1 - Problem with using footer from RTF

Hi, I am creating some Accounts Receivable invoice templates for JDE using BI Publisher and woudl like the remittance details to be displayed at the bottom of the page. The only way I can think of doing this is by using a footer, I need to link fields in the footer to bookmarks on the RTF.

As I only want these remittance details to be displayed once on the invoice, my plan was to hide the original bank details by changing the font to white and then use the code "{ REF BankName \* CHARFORMAT }" in the footer (BankName is the bookmark I am linking to).
