Several questions about activities (Foundation Calendar) and security

Hi to all

I would like to know if I can setup security in the following ways:

1.Restrict an user to view or add activities for customers based on a category code of addressbook or customer master (or the opposite, only allow to add or view from customers with an specific address book or customer master category code)

2.Restrict an user to view activities from another specific user
