OPatchauto failed with error code = 231

Hello, gurus,


I could not figure out what I missed for auto-feeding"opatchauto"...I got "OPatchauto failed with error code =231", and following is only my screen (the suggested log file is SIZE 0).
The command I used was this:

~\opatchauto apply -analyze -property_file %ORACLE_HOME%\config\opatchauto.properties

My OMS is on Windows Server 2008 R2 and on a non-C: drive. I have no issues if I manually run OPATCHAUTO by typing Weblogic admin ID and my top secret password.

I do have an open SR on metalink . I just wonder if you could shred a bit light meanwhile? I especially do not understand the following point#4 abount \\
