EDD Plan Configuration

Hi All,

I need some ideas on EDD Plan configuration.

We are trying to achieve -

- ASCP Plan should use substitute components

  - Plan should NOT respect manufacturing lead time and the resource constraint. We are Ok with violation of Mfg Lead Time and overloading resources 

- Plan MUST respect any Purchasing constraint. If we cannnot get component on time then plan should fulfill demand late but not before evaluating substitute components and/or alternate supplier

The configuration I have done is -

- EDD Plan

- NO Resource Constraint

- No SDS Constraint

- Only Supplier Capacity Constraint - However no supplier capacity setup in ASL on source
