I am new to Solaris 10 and need to know what patchset(s) I need to get to the latest release

I have a T2000 running 10 1/06 and would like to bring it up to the latest release 10 1/13.   What patchset(s) do I need to download and is 1/13 the latest release of Solaris 10?
