Web ADI Budget Upload hangs while processing upload

Hi,

I have a user who has regularly uploaded  budgets. After getting a new computer with all new software, Excel included, he now can no longer upload budgets.

The pop-up window that says "Processing: Upload / Uploading the document / Your document is being uploaded, etc." comes up and there it hangs, never to finish. He has to close the whole window.

A colleague at the next desk can take his exact spreadsheet and upload it without trouble.

I am thinking that it has to be some Excel setting we haven't found yet. Searching Oracle Support has provided no clues or settings that we haven't already implemented.
