CS Mobile App- Andriod Emulator Log in fails

Hello Experts, I am trying to configure CS Mobile App, and configured it according to the documents CS Mobile App Implementation guide, Environment details: PT 8.53/w CS 9.0 Bundle #34 MS SQL Server 2012 Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) Web Logic & Tuxedo. Oracle JDeveloper 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.4.0) Please see the screenshots below (OracleJDeveloper About.png, OracleJDeveloper Version.png ),  ADF MobileFramework (11.1.2.4.39.64.71) Please see the screenshot ( OracleJDeveloper Extensions.png ), Android Virtual Device(AVD) Config.png

Please advice how to deal with this.
