./crs_stat -t showing database services offline

Hi.

We have recently upgraded crs from 11.1.0,7 to 11.2.0.4 and database from 11.1.0,7 to 11.2.0.3.

After successful upgrades, we noticed the database services offline in crs_stat command.(Non ASM) - Please help.

While starting crs, database getting up in one node.

while using srvctl command we can able to start the database in both nodes.But when we use crs_stat -t command we see following state is offline. Appreciate for quick help.
