"Shipping instructions" to be default based on Customer in SO Header

Hi,

We are using R12 instance. As Customer form is a Web page form in R12, we need to find out the "Shipping instructions" tab such that if we give any value there it should default in Sales order Header. Please suggest what are the setups to do for this.

Sales Orders--->Others--->Shipping instructions.
