Jobs completed but showing in pending move transaction!

Hi Gurus,

I have many jobs with error in pending move transaction screen. I checked most of these jobs are completed but the material issue is incomplete as seen from material requirement window. There are open quantity against components of completed jobs.

There are close to 200 lines in pending transaction. Now it appears to be practically not possible for users to fix all jobs right away by doing the manual issue transaction. My assumption has been that move transaction is to do with moving assembly from one operation to another so we can delete those from pending move transaction screen and separately deal with the jobs. This will allow to close the month. But I am not sure about the impacts. Users seem not willing to perform this many transactions in such short time.
