Assign active directory user to hyperion planning form

Dears,

I have users on Active directory provisioned to planning application when I go for assigning access to forms I can select these users and the system confirms added successfully message however when I close the assign window I don't see these users on assigned list. why is this happening and how can I assign AD users to form. native users are added without issues.
