Upgrade from Siebel 8.0 to Siebel 8.1.1.11

Hi All,

We have a Siebel 8.0 environment running on Windows 2008 32 bits, and the target upgrade is Siebel 8.1.1.11.

Considering that Siebel 8.1.1.11 is not supported for Windows 2008 32 bits, I guess that we should install the new 8.1.1.11 version in a new server with supported OS, and then execute the upgrade in this new server.

Is there any need to reinstall Siebel 8.0 in the new server? I think that pointing to the database should be enough to start with the development upgrade process.
