Is it possible to make depreciation account non-editable in Assets

We have a requirement that once depreciation expense natural account have been defaulted from the Asset Category at the time of creation of Asset, it should be non-editable for the user because we want to have control that depreciation expense natural account mentioned on Asset Category should only be used. User should not be able to use any other natural account, however user can select other segments.

If personalization is required for the same, then kindly mention the steps to perform such personalization.
