Oracle R12 sysadmin takes very long to log on
Good day,
we having an issue where logging with the sysadmin user takes a very long time to log on to the system
but any other user log on fine. We have logged an SR for this and they asked us to follow this note Doc ID 372933.1 and
to follow this road map
Road map to follow would be:
1. Run the "purge obsolete workflow runtime data" concurrent program
2. Check if old notifications are still there or not.
For each notification still there, you have to check if it belongs to a workflow or not.
If not, the notification is orphaned, so you will be able to get rid of it by running WF_PURGE.NOTIFICATIONS API.
