FRM-40735 : ON- LOCK trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

Hi

We are in 12.1.3 . In Inventory > Organizational Items/ Master Item form, if we try to update any Attribute, then we are getting below error. "

"FRM-40735 : ON- LOCK trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062".

We referred to  following oracle notes

1. 1339637.1 -  and this is not relevant to case. Checked the patch 9585917 and we are in latest version for Object inviattr.ldt (120.10.12010000.3)

2.1317840.1 - and this is also not relevant .

Any help in this is appreciated.
