PO Output for Communication (POXPOPDF): How can you get PO's automatically sent to the correct print

In the concurrent program definition i have setup a printer (for example 'XXARG_RICOH'). However when I approve and print a PO ( printing is automatically done by 'PO Output for Communication' as soon as the PO is approved), that printer is not used in the concurrent request that is started by the approval workflow. It does produce the output (the printed PO in pdf format) but i have to open the pdf and print to a Windows printer to get it on paper. If the concurrent programme would use the correct printer, it would print automatically.

How do other customers use this ?
