hi

we are not able to close period because of following error

error--95340--The total debits and the total credits do not balance for this subledger journal entry.  Please ensure that the application accounting definition xxxx owned by User contains journal line types for the event class Receipt and event type Receipt Reverse that can create a balanced entry. Also verify that any conditions associated with a journal line type are correct.

we also applied patch based on-- (Doc ID 1539346.1) but no result

please help us asap
