Not able to update Data Access Set

Hi,

We have upgraded to 12.1.3 and we need to update data access set so that only the primary ledger is available (we need to remove reporting currencies so that users won't be able to choose them when creating a Journal).

The problem is that the data access set is not dimmed.

Any profile option to enable update?
