Unable to Open JSP for Particular Responsibility

H Experts,

                 we are in Oracle 12.0.6 Version.  In Sysadmin User, when trying to assign/Add Legal Entity for giving access of Bank account Creation to a particular responsibility, it throws an error " You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance ". but am able to open the same Page for other Responsibility.

             Am getting this error for particular responsibility itself, but the same when i check for other responsibilities which belongs to other Ledger, it is working fine. Please advise why this JSP Page not working for this particular responsibility.
