Patch not working after DB migration from PROD to TEST

Hi,

      I applied patches (13621810:R12.CE.B and 17217076:R12.CE.B) to TEST Server environment(2 db Tier and 1 appl tier).

After migrating DB(DB files only) from PROD to TEST the Patch is not working but showing with APPL_TOP(yellow marked) as PROD.Please see the image below.

it need to be erptestapp. Re applying the same patch is a solution. Is there any other solution?
