Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Quick Sales Order post form commit

Hi,

I have added my code in form OEXOETEL on post form commit but whenever I try to create sales order getting error

FRM-40735: POST-FORMS-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

Is there a way to find why it is happening.
