The change type code you entered and confirmed ECO is invalid - Eng_Eco_PUB.Process_Eco

When trying to create an ECO using the "Eng_Eco_PUB.Process_Eco" VERSION 1.0 API I get the following error:

Error Message Count: 3

1: 1: ENG_ENG_CHANGES_INTERFACE

1: The change type code you entered and confirmed ECO ECO ECO_TEST1 is invalid.

2: 1: ENG_REVISED_ITEMS_INTERFACE

2: This record was not processed since a severe mistake occured in the ECO header ECO_TEST1 while performing the value to id conversion for change type code.
