Inter-organizations transfer-Direct Interorg Shipment even class

There are two event types for this event class, one is called Direct Interorg Shipment, Transfer Pricing and the other is Direct Interorg Shipment,  no Transfer Pricing. which setup could differencient the two types.

E.g. I did a inter-organization transfer and only one option "Direct org Transfer" I could use, now my question when is go "Direct Interorg Shipment" event type and when is go the other one. Is there a indicator for these.
