Reimrollup batch fails

Hi dear members

We have a failing rollup batch in reim but i could not find where I should look at first. I have a debug log, i have to find where is it failing part in batch?

Web Service error or data error? Please help to find out what is the cause of FAILED_PROCESS return code. Thanks
