Enabling Object tagging in 8.1.1.10

Hi Guys,

I am working on enabling Object tagging in our siebel environment.

I had the following queries/observations that I wanted to share and would like your suggestions on the same.

1. After I create the tags on the server, am I also supposed to explicitly create those on my local db. Because I did extract the database for a user after creating those tags but the same was not visible in my local db. Although I had not associated that user with the tag at that time.

2. When I checked out and checked in an object, the same was not visible in Administration - Tag screen.
