Error in Cancel Sales Order

Hi All,

When I am cancelling SO no. 254244, error is coming as '

You are not allowed to cancel Order Line because:

Line Closed', '

ORA-01086: savepoint 'LINES' never established

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Lines' and 'User-Defined Exception in Package OE_Header_Util Procedure Pre_Write_Process'.

This SO is connected to other SO 254246 using ordered item as 'SE-EXTRAWARRANTY12M'. Line nos. 8.1...1 and 9.1...1 are giving the errors.

How to remove this error and cancel the SO.
