unable to view journal lines on journal screen

The joural contains close to 24k line items and was uploaded via web adi and was successfully journal imported to oracle when we query the journal and click on review journal we receive the attach error

we are on version 12.1.2

The issuse is only with this journal and rest all are fine.

also let me know is there any journal lines restriction posting via web adi.
