R12.1.3 and 11.2.0.3 performance issues

Hi all, we are running EBS R12.1.3 and upgraded our database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 a few months back. After since we upgraded we had tremendous amount of issues, mostly with performance and even some core dumps. Our workaround (which works fine) is to set "optimizer_features_enable=11.2.0.2" but this is not ideal. Any thoughts, or did we miss something during the upgrade?
