B7332_open cursor for cache F04UI002 in voucher matching

Hi, this error only happen once on particular voucher match. Pls see the screenshot.

They are using currency environment where i can see the currency field in P4310 new header screen

Q1 : Are they using currency environment ? Yes  where CRYR =  Y ....true ?
