RMA Order Line Closed with Any good Receipt...

Hi All,

I need help, i am facing one issue where One RMA Sales order Line 1.1,3.1 and 6.1 are closed without any receipt. workflow is purged. same workflow type  using since 2008. only this RMA sales order get issue, in additional line Information return Tab showing every thing blank. we tried to search the receipt number with RMA order,Item but all shows Blank. even through the item attribute are ok. if anyone had encountered similar issue please help me.
