Package manager repository updates

Hello everyone, when it's update time on the server farm due to IAVA requirements we have to comply within a small window usually 2 weeks.

As an example Java needs to be updated.

The latest version is on the Oracle website and available for download; however, when I run pkg update on my server it isn't available for download.

For weeks afterward it's not available and must be done via manual download and installation.

For Java this isn't a problem but other applications like Firefox it can be.

Generally updating FF manually or OpenSSL manually doesn't always work out because the old version is still installed.
