Details:
Customer create appointment in Siebel Call Center/ Siebel Field Service using Oracle Real Time scheduler and same can be moved/Updated in Oracle Field Service and Service request/task and closure of service request happens in Oracle Field Service.
Note: Oracle Real Time Scheduler version 1 or 2
