Preventive Maintenance Schedule-Practical Case

I have created 3 different PPM Activities with Different Checklist(Maint. Routing) as per dif frequency i.e. Monthly,Quarterly and Yearly with 30 Days as base interval but one thing is sure that Quarterly Checklist will include all checklist from monthly checklist and will have few more extra checklist on it which is to be done on quarterly only.Same applies in case of Yearly with compare to Monthly and Quarterly.
My Setup screen is attached herewith.
As per my setup I was expecting that when 3 different frequency Work Orders are due on same day,system should suggest in Maint. Workbench only yearly and not monthly and quarterly as Yearly checklist would be exhaustive including Monthly and Quarterly Checklist.There is no need of 3 documents while only 1 WO can fulfill the purpose.Same when Quarterly and Monthly is falling on same day it should only suggest Quarterly in Maint. WorkBench and not Monthly.
