Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We want to enable Arabic language on our existing EBS R12.13 instance. I have followed the below steps and please suggest how to proceed.

1- Activated new language -> Using the Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) License Manager.

2- Run the AD Administration utility to maintain multi-lingual tables from the Maintain Applications Database Entities menu.

3- Run the Translation Synchronization Patch utility (adgennls.pl). - Attched the manifest file
