shipment is open in SIM but closed in RMS

Hi,

We have a strange scenario in our system where many shipments are open i.e.
status=1 ,create_date null ,update_date =sysdate-3 and order_id =null

Now corresponding transfers/shipments in RMS are closed long before 4 months back.

I'm confused why it happened so?

I didn't find the transfer in SIM in rk_allocation or transfer table.

These transfers are WHD type also staged_message table and RIB logs we don't
have trace of them.

Can you please suggest me what may happen to them.

Also if I receive a transfer in RMS will it close the shipment in SIM?
