Attachment in where used advance search

Hi All,

Please help me in below requirement.

When executing a Where Used search (in Advanced search) for a Document,  the  Attributes that can be selected does not  include  Attachments. Please let us know if there is any way to do that search.

For example: We can search the Document's where used items (Parent Item) by giving Document description. But we do not have option to search Document's where used items by giving Document's attachment file name or description.
