Hyperion Essbase cannot find LDAP groups

We just had our LDAP connection setup in Hyperion Shared Services (11.1.2.3) and we are able to find LDAP users and groups in Shared Services.

When using Essbase and MaxL commands, I am able to see LDAP users when I type "display user all;"

The issue is when we try to find any LDAP groups.  When typing "display group all;"...only native groups are showing up.

The LDAP groups are provisioned Essbase Server Access and a few Essbase application Admin Access.

I tried the same command with a different client (11.1.2.1) that also has LDAP setup, and it does return LDAP groups.
