No transaction can be found in "Approvals Management Business Analyst" How to?

Hello all!
In "Approvals Management Business Analyst" I would like to define approval rules for a transaction named "Process Quality Receiving Transaction Sample Creation". But I cannot find any transaction. Would be great to get some advice on this issue...
