Would like to find list of the time-taken queries over period of time

Hi,

I would like to find list of the time-taken queries over period of time and I mean long running queries over period of time..  I know that we can find it from AWR reports,  but rather than checking each AWR report, I prefer to have a query which gives all this information. 

Can someone please help me out to get the sql statement that gives list of the time-taken queries over period of time.
