How to tell if BI Publisher is installed

Hi,

I have to support some BI Publisher reports that are custom but pre-existing (to me).  I am also new to this, and want to know if we even have BI Publisher installed.  We have Oracle EBS R12.  Is there a way I can determine if we have BI Publisher installed and also if I can determine how to access it?
