12.1.3 Knowledge Base - Ampersand in the title

If user wants to use an ampersand in the title of knowledge base solution, how do they enter it so the solution comes up in the search.  We removed the ampersand, and the solution appears, with the ampersand it does not.

We have customer specific knowledge base article so we want to include the ampersand if possible.
