link contract information from service request

From the 'View Service Request' screen, there are several tabs below, in the first tab : 'Subject'->Contracts, it list out the list of contracts.

Question 1) what is the corresponding table/view for that list? there is no record history even there is records.

Question 2) i have a record that the contract status said 'Active', when I click 'Get Contracts', it turns to 'Terminated'. how can i read this Terminate info from?

i can't find any terminated status by trying to link okc_k_headers_b, okc_k_lines_b, okc_items_b, oks_k_lines_b, oks_k_headers_b
