ebilling6.2 in windows 2008 error, with spring, bean creation exception

hi..

am trying to do a standalone ebilling6.2 install on windows server 2008 and weblogic server ,and i copied the BDX_HOME/xma folder to c:\edocs\xma to configure repository.

1) is this the right way to set the repository path 

2)when i do this , i get a bean creation exception for a few beans in C:\edocs\xma\config\modules\cryptography\cryptography.xma.xml

 

Note: i repackaged the app with maven script and also run the update_master_key.bat successfully

the exception i get is given bellow,

i copied the jar the jar containing all classes listed bellow to the ebilling.ear/lib folder with no effect.
