How to attach documents to Journal approval Workflow notification

I have a requirement to attach documents to Journal Approval Workflow notifications, I have tried using a built-in functionality in Oracle by using the below value in the DEFAULT VALUE section of the attribute properties,

FND:entity=GL_JE_HEADERS&pk1name=JE_BATCH_ID&pk1value=-&JE_BATCH_ID-


It seems like the Documents are being attached, but the link is not being displayed right next to the Attach documents "Attachments" label in the Notification. Let me know the what the best I can do with this?
