Importing the client side business service from Siebel open UI application 8.1.1.11.9 is not working

Hello Experts,

We are facing issue in importing the client side business service from Siebel open UI application, when I select the file from dialog box, it is getting cleared


Please let us know whether there is any workaround for this .
