Oracle Smart View Patch Set Update (PSU) 11.1.2.5.215 is available for download from My Oracle Support - Patch 18977986.

Ensure to review the Readme file prior proceeding  with this PSU implementation. The Readme file is available from the My Oracle Support | Patches & Updates download screen. It contains important information that includes prerequisites, the supported paths, and the details for applying patch.
