Patch 13002252 is only available for 12.1 can we apply it to apps R12.06

Hi All,

There is a business need to customize PO auto-create process .
for which we need business event handling auto-create process which I cannot see in the event list.

I see there is Patch 13002252 for creating a hook in auto create process .
But our concern is can we apply this patch for our apps version R12.0.6 ??
