How do we configure WMS Putaway rule based on locator available volume?

I want to define a WMS Putaway rule based on Locator available volume.

Ex: Lets say in subinventory S, three locators S.1, S.2, and S.3 are defined. Each locator maximum volume is 1000 Cft.

Item I1 is defined with Volume as 100 Cft, similarly Item I2 is defined with Volume as 200 Cft.

A PO is made with for item  I1 with 7 Qty, and item I2 with 7 Qty.

When I try receiving the above complete PO using mobile application, the system should perform putaway, as below.

Locator S.1 - 7 Qty of I1 (consumed volume = 700 cft) and 1 Qty of I2 ( consumed volume = 200 cft). Total consumed volume is 900 Cft, and pending available is 100 Cft. Since, no item can fit in, item will be Putaway in another locator.
