Oracle SSHR Workflow response Status ( Approved or Rejected ) Query

Dear All,

We are having requirement of getting the all Oracle HRMS Self
Service status details like approver name, no of days pending, notification
response ( Approved / Rejected . Rejected comment if any) . Can you please
suggest in which table the notification response information's (approved / rejected,
comments given by the responder if any ) are available.
